About Me
Life can provide very dry paths from time to time, both professionally and personally. I experienced such a path for 7 years in a row and I had no control over changing it.
This is when I discovered Coaching for myself, and started to work with a Coach, who used the Self-Leadership Coaching Technique (IFS). It helped my personal strength grow, which made it possible to live my personal and business life with clarity, thriving energy, comfort and happiness in a time of discomfort. Through Coaching I found my true balance and I unfolded qualities I never thought I would have. I became a trained IFS-Coach myself and integrated this new value to my Consulting Business. Out of this, Medio Coaching was born.
I support individuals and businesses through various situations, transitions, decisions, changes, goals, and overall support with reaching their potential of success.

MY CAREER
DURING THE FIRST PART of my career, I spent 14 years working internationally as a team leader and manager in the Fashion Industry based in Germany. One of my favorite roles always had been working with people, leading teams, guiding them to their highest potential, both as a team and supporting each person individually to develop and deploy their strengths and qualities. Without taking the time to put together a perfectly positioned, aligned and assigned team, none of our products would have been successful.
DURING THE SECOND PART of my career from 2009 - 2018, I lived and worked in Chicago. I opened my own consulting business, which focused on Fashion Management. As a consultant, I continued to work with both people and products. I quickly realized how fast a disconnect between the two limits their success, and I discovered the power of coaching.
Combining my consulting work with coaching helped to bridge this hindering gap.
DURING THE THIRD PART of my career in 2017, I became a Certified Master Coach (CPC, CMC) and got trained in all 3 Self-Leadership (IFS) trainings levels. Since then, Medio Coaching was born. I have coached individuals and executives in North America, Europe, and the Middle East through their personal and career challenges. In 2018 I moved with my family back to Munich in Germany, my home country, where I was born and raised. Through my long-term inter-cultural experiences I help my clients to deal with and manage transitions to different countries. Through this work, I support them with integration to a new culture, or with reintegration to their “old” familiar culture. I am a native German speaker. I lived in the USA for 10 years, and also speak English fluently. I offer my Coaching sessions in both English and in German.
